23. A TOUCH OF MONET Students will create a charming vignette with a realistic pond and landscaping reminiscent of Monet. The Japanese water iris perched on the edge of the pond, and lush pond lilies within, are special touches you will learn to make using basic flower making and painting techniques. Learn fun and easy landscaping techniques as you create a gravel path, apply grass and make flower covered rocks. The small shrubs along with a bench and delightful garden bridge are your additional landscaping tools. You may choose to add a box turtle suning himself on a rock or a mute swan floating in the pond. When you add the distinctive willow tree your beautiful scene will be complete, the picture of serenity. Your completed vignette will be 10 1/2” x 12” x 7”h. A box to take your treasure home will be provided. |
