CANCELLATION POLICY
Any workshop that is SOLD OUT will be refunded ONLY if your space can be filled.  Workshops that are not sold out are fully refundable. 
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER APRIL 6, 2012.

PREVIEW SHOW TICKETS

PLEASE NOTE OUR NEW PREVIEW SHOW HOURS:
FRIDAY - 10 AM - 5 PM and SATURDAY 9 AM - 10 AM.
Ticket is also good for admission all day Saturday and Sunday.

Please send me                 tickets for the Preregistered Preview Show on April 20 & 21. Tickets are $25.00 (£17) each and include re-admission on both Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are non-transferrable. Individual badges will be issued so please include names for each person attending the preview. Make checks payable to “TOM BISHOP”.
