THE 2009 CHICAGO INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE TRADE SHOW

The undersigned vendor hereby makes application for the sales
table/s for the above described sale and agrees to the following
terms and conditions of the sale:
1. Vendor expressly releases the sale sponsors and all affiliated
persons from any and all liability for damage, injury, or loss to
any persons or goods from any cause whatsoever, and further agrees
to indemnify the above named parties against any and all claims for
damage, injury, or loss arising out of or in connection with the use
of space or grounds in this sale, or the display and/or sale of
merchandise by him/her.
2. The sale sponsors shall not be responsible to any vendor for
damages, loss, or injury if this sale is canceled. Sponsor reserves
the right to terminate any contract at any time for conduct not in
the best interest or full support of this show.
3. All vendors will be issued badges and MUST wear them for
entrance into the show rooms. Vendor badge requests must be
received by March 1, 2009. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY
THE SPONSOR BY THIS DATE. Only those names received will be
issued badges. Only two badges will be issued per table.
4. Vendor may not sublet their table. No additional tables may be
brought into the exhibit hall for use by any vendor or individual.
5. All vendors will be responsible for their sales merchandise for
the duration of the show. Vendors leaving sales table/s during the
sale do so at their own risk.
6. Only dollhouse miniatures may be offered for sale. All
merchandise is to be sold at wholesale prices only. Other than the
Chicago International, vendors may not sponsor, promote or
participate in any competing on-site or off-site event within the
Chicago area over the dates of March 31 through April 6, 2008.
7. The hotel will accept shipments after March 31, 2008. Send all
packages to your name c/o “The Chicago International Wholesale Trade
Show”.
8. Vendor makes application for: USA dollars - 6' $300.00,
12' $600.00
British pounds - 6' £175.00, 12' £350.00
A check in the amount of for
feet of table space is enclosed. Tables are 6' x 30”. Price
includes electricity, two chairs per table, table covers and table
signs. International vendors may make payment by checks issued in
either dollars, pounds or International Money Order (IMO). Make
checks payable to TOM BISHOP and mail to 10528 Oak Meadow
Lane, Lake Worth, FL 33449 U.S.A.
TABLE FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Due to advertising
deadlines, there will be no credit for cancellations after
NOVEMBER 30, 2008.
Cancellations prior to that date will be credited towards a future
available show of your choice. Credited table fees will be
forfeited if a second consecutive cancellation occurs.
