Learn how to make the jewelers's saw work for you. This basic and versatile tool can help every miniaturist create accurate scale miniatures. (Whether working in metal, wood, plastics, wax, etc.) 

Think deco – styled aluminum door, floor and transom grates, what-not shelf, panel fretwork, decorative screen, frame for stained glass work, and much more.

This is a technique and basic skills class in which you will be given various patterns and exercises to execute in various materials while you are learning the basics, as well as tips and tricks for making your experience with the jeweler's saw pleasurable and productive.

You are welcome to bring your own additional lighting and magnification, as being able to see what you are sawing is necessary for success.

ALL SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED BY THE INSTRUCTORS EXCEPT AS INDICATED, HOWEVER, STUDENTS ARE WELCOME TO BRING THEIR OWN TOOLS & SUPPLIES.
