10.  SECRET BAR CABINET

This 1:12 scale Mid Century Modern cabinet hides a secret inside!  When it is closed it looks like a regular cabinet.  Only if you know you will push the interior round and then a bar appears.  By sanding, painting and gluing, students will  turn this kit I designed into a little gem.  With acrylic paint and acrylic media gel you will learn a technique how to make a convincing wood grain on plain MDF material.  Bottles are not included.  By the end of the class, you will have a completed a s striking conversation piece to astonish your friends and family.
