A hidden room evokes thoughts of conspiracy, scandals, treasure and secrets that just need to be explored. This project starts with a classic wooden bookcase worthy of castles, mansions and palaces complete with sliding library ladder on brass rail. The hinged concealed door in the bookcase reveals a hidden room for you to fill with whatever your imagination can devise. The assembly is hinged to open allowing easy access to the hidden room. The project includes the bookcase, lighting, books, accessories and chair. Assembly tips and techniques and aging methods will be shared as well as five different tutorials making books. Tools to complete the project are included. Students should bring a table lamp.

All supplies are provided by the instructor except as indicated, however, students are welcome to bring their own tools & supplies.
