53.  ART DECO MIRRORED TABLE

Arjen Spinhoven        Wednesday 7p-10p        $115

Students will assemble a 1:12 scale Art Deco side table inspired by a Mid-Century Modern design.  The piece features mirrors surrounding the complete table in a so called “skyscraper style”.  Students will construct the kit, created by Arjen, learning careful assembly techniques along the way.  This will include painting and gluing.  The table is designed to be approachable, easy and enjoyable to build, making the process both rewarding and satisfying.  By the end of class each student will have completed a striking statement piece that adds timeless elegance to any miniature interior.
