68.  HAND-SEWN COOKBOOK ON A KITCHEN ISLAND

First thing in the morning we will make the lovely kitchen island.  While the stain dries we will start cutting, punching and sewing the cookbook on a sewing frame.  The cookbook Is covered in thin leather with the title “Cookbook” in gold foil.  There is a choice of various colors of leather.  Instead of an English book, German, Danish or Dutch are also available.  Due to airline regulations, bring your own brake-off blade hobby knife and cutting mat.  A magnifier and work light are highly recommended.

 

All supplies are provided by the instructor except as indicated, however, students are welcome to bring their own tools & supplies.
