23.  MARBLE COUNTER TOPS FOR YOUR KITCHEN

Ruth Stewart & Alison Thomas          Wednesday 8a-12p           $180

Join Ruth & Alison to learn three techniques.  Ruth will teach you to make marble and natural rock slabs from polymer clay.  This technique can be used to make counter tops, cutting boards, charcuterie boards, dessert platters and dishes.  There will be tools and extra clay to take home and practice with.  Alison will teach you how to assemble a kitchen hutch, paint it a shabby chic finish and how to pleat fabric.  The faucet and sink will be pre-painted for you.  You will receive three kits, 1/12, 1/24 & 1/48 for the kitchen hutch.  Choose your scale to finish in class and take home two kits to play with and practice your new skills.

All supplies are provided by the instructor except as indicated,

however, students are welcome to bring their own tools & supplies.
