Students will be making a wide variety of breakfast items from the very simple to the very complex.  A bowl of raw eggs, Pancakes with sausage patties and syrup, French Toast, Bacon and Eggs, Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce and Fresh Fruit, Quiche Lorraine, Basket of Bagels, Strawberry Preserves on Toast, Raw eggs and Bacon in a frying pan.  And what’s breakfast without something to drink, we will be making Orange juice, Milk, and of course, Hot Chocolate.

All of your tools and supplies will be provided and they are yours to keep.  Also, I will have the proper lighting for each student.
