52.  SOLDERING, UNDERSTANDING & USING LED'S

Should I use LED’s or bulbs?  What lighting application is best for my project?  Have you asked yourself these questions?  Let the instructor guide you from the AC wall outlet to the finished lighting project.  Class discussion will involve soldering, transformer selection, types of wiring, proper techniques for wiring structures by using soldering methods and the proper installation of LED’s.  There will be hand’s on reinforcement of lecture points and a work box containing an LED will go home with you along with all the tools and materials you receive in class.  Completion of this class will give you an understanding of miniature wiring settings, LED selection, installation and trouble shooting.  The handcrafted box is 10 ¾  wide x 9 high x 7 deep.  Register early as this class fills up quickly.  There is a maximum of 10 students per class so you get the personal instruction you deserve.  Only tools suggested are a small inexpensive scissors and an Exacto knife..  Or, you can share the instructors’ in class.

ALL SUPPLIES ARE PROVIDED BY THE INSTRUCTORS EXCEPT AS INDICATED, 

HOWEVER, STUDENTS ARE WELCOME TO BRING THEIR OWN TOOLS & SUPPLIES.
